What data do we collect and why do we collect it?

We collect this information due to the legitimate interests of the controller. By collecting information we can further improve the portal and make it better to support the needs of the users. We only collect information that is strictly necessary for providing these services. If any technical difficulties would appear, this information help us to track down the user who has caused difficulties with his or her own actions.

Who we share your data with?

Anonymized personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for subcontractors involved in the performance of the Registrar’s service. The data controller may also disclose the information within the limits permitted by applicable law and bound by, for example, responding to requests for information from authorities.

Anonymized personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) and kept outside it. If personal data are transferred outside the EEA, the Controller will ensure sufficient security by providing information to countries where the European Commission has considered the level of data protection to be sufficient.

How long do we retain your data?

The above mentioned information will be retained for one year and then destroyed. Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary for the provision of the service, or the data subject has consented to the processing of personal data or as long as the controller needs to handle the customer relationship.

What are cookies?

Cookies often contain an anonymous, unique identifier that allows us to identify and calculate the browsers that visit our site. The user cannot be identified with cookies alone.

How do we protect the data?

The data is in digital format only. The electronic register is maintained in an environment protected from unauthorized access from outside.

Only the designated employees of the controller and its subcontractors whose personal data processing is involved have the right to process and maintain the information in the register. Users are bound by the obligation of professional secrecy. The information is kept technically secure and physical access to data is prevented by access control and other security measures. Registry data is backed up safely and can be restored as needed.
